Chef Required for busy cotswold hotel
We have 32 bedrooms in the hotel of which most of the residents eat in our restaurant every night along with the general public.
We are currently looking for an experienced chef that can work as part of a team and handle pressure under busy times. Assist other chefs in day to day demands of the kitchen, helping to cater for up to 80 cover weddings and preparing buffets for conferences.
Greene king experience very helpful.
Working hours 40 – 50 per week. Pay dependant on experience and age

You will be required to work different shift patterns including.
Breakfast shifts
mid morning to afternoon
evening and weekends.

Requirements
Basic Food / Hygiene Certificate
Good communication skills
Have the ability to work on own initiative
Have some good all round experience
Have the ability to work under pressure
It is also an essential part of the job to keep high cleaning standards.
