Position: Assistant F&B Manager
Salary: £16,000

My client requires an asssitant food and beverage manager who will report to the F&B Manager. Your responsibility will be for the standards and profitability of the entire hotel food operation.
You will be a strong people manager, be persuasive, motivational and will show how you have developed people and standards throughout your career. You should have a background within the hotel industry with impeccable attention to detail and exemplary standards of customer care. It is essential that you have a background within fine dining restaurants or 4/5 star hotels.
This position offers excellent chances of advancement within a small privately owned collection of hospitality businesses.
This hotels has 45 double bedrooms, a 100 cover restaurant, 2 meeting rooms which can accommodate 20 delegates each, a reception room which can accommodate 80 for a civil ceremony and 50 for a seated function or as restaurant overflow in addition to a fully self contained marquee facility that can accommodate 200 for a seated function and 300 for a cocktail buffet. The recently refurbished and soon to be re-launched restaurant has a capacity of 80 diners in restaurant format and 100 for a formal event.
