Commis chef required for fantastic trendy pub & hotel group based in Gloucestershire. The Exec chef is looking for a passionate and enthusiastic chef to join his brigade of 5 chefs. This role will ideally suit someone who has completed their NVQ level 1 & 2 wishing to work in a highly skilled kitchen at 2/3 rosette level.

Chef is looking for someone with a minimum of 6 months experience in a professional kitchen. As a commis chef you will be trained and given the opportunity to work in all sections of the kitchen. This is a fabulous place to learn your trade and the Exec chef takes real pride in developing and training his chefs. He has worked in a number of 3 rosette and Michelin star operations under chefs like Marco Pierre White and Tom Aiken.

• Salary from £12,500 + up to £2,000 in tips per year.

• The restaurant has 65 covers @ 2/3 rosette standard
• Private parties up to 100.
• Working in a brigade of 5
