Great opportunity for a Commis or Chef De Partie looking to gain more knowledge in the industry working with a good strong solid experienced kitchen team.

All meals are produced from fresh and as the team is small there is good opportunity to work on every section.
There are under 20 rooms and the restaurant seats 110 when full.

Chef Requirements:

*NVQ levels 1 and 2
*A passion for the industry
*The ability to work well within a team
*Willing to learn
*A certain degree of working experience is necessary

Salary and Benefits

The salary is £16,000
Accommodation if required is £170 per month with all bills included
Tips average £80 per month
