The Ragged Cot is looking for a new Head Chef.
We produce a traditional British Gastropub menu, and take great pride in the quality of the food we prepare. You will be responsible for the team of four chefs. You will create monthly changing menus with daily specials within the guidelines set. You should be proficient with GP margins and all kitchen financials.

You will be working with all fresh ingredients and local produce wherever possible, making everything from scratch including your own stocks, breads and ice creams.

This is an excellent oppertunity for a chef wanting to make a name for themselves in an already award winning restaurant.
