I am trained by Nurturing Birth as a Birth and Post Natal Doula and I am a mother of 4 children. I am also trained in breastfeeding level 2 . The service that is offered as a doula will vary from family to family and depends on the needs of the family. I am flexible and can fit into any situation. Every family and birth is unique. i am able to offer support during labour, breathing exercises, relaxation , movement and positioning. I also encourage the father to participate as and when he feels comfortable . After birth I am able to help the mother settle in with her new baby for 6-8 weeks. .
