Head Chef £20,000 per yr accommodation avail, MALMESBURY, WILTSHIRE


Hours of work are 40 HOURS PER WEEK, 5 DAYS OVER 7, 11AM-3PM - 6PM-11.30PM Days , Evenings , Weekends, You may be required to work longer hrs as necessary.


The ideal Head Chef must have previous experience in a restaurant or commercial kitchen environment.
The ability to cook Mediterranean foods is highly desirable.
You must be friendly, efficient, able to work as part of a team and be able to display the highest standards of customer service at all times.
Your duties include running the kitchen and compiling stock order sheets. You will be responsible for kitchen staffing and working closely with the front of house manager to ensure the Restaurant runs smoothly.

Accommodation can be provided for a short period position is due to start at the beginning of Nov 09.
