Chef De Partie - 16,000 + live in 1 AA Rosette
Our client is a national company, that has a string of 4* hotels. This hotel consists of over 100 rooms, excellent leisure facilities and a busy and extensive C+B department.
Job Description
Our client is currently seeking an experienced Chef De Partie to join the kitchen brigade of this well known 4 star hotel. You will be producing food for the fine dining restaurant . This will include cooking excellent quality food in line with the restaurant's standards and to rosette standard, alongside producing food for the terrace bar.
The ideal candidate will have a fresh outlook on the food operation, with the willingness and ability to move the operation forward. Required Experience You will need to have a proven track record in a chef de partie role, ongoing training will be given with this great opportunity.

Salary and Benefits
The starting salary for this role is 15000- 16000. Standard company benefits will apply.
