We are currently looking for NVQ level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistants based in the Worcestershire area to work within Secondary school and FE environments come September.
 
You will be working under the guidance of teaching staff assisting with whole classes as well as on a one to one basis when necessary.
 
Responsibilities include:
·         Supervising work that has been set
·         Managing the behaviour of pupils
·         Respond to questions from pupils
·         Assisting pupils to undertake activities set
·         Collect completed work after lessons and return to appropriate teacher
·         Report back as appropriate using the agreed referral procedures
 
Work history/experience within the education sector will be necessary, you are required to have curriculum knowledge of core subjects, and good written and spoken English is crucial.
