I am looking for a Chef de Rang with 1-3 rosette experience to join the team at one of Gloucestershire’s busiest and exciting dining venues.

My client boasts 2 rosettes for its brasserie restaurant and offers a fantastic menu of traditional British cuisine. There is a team of 15 staff who work on both dispense bar and waiting on so this is a varied role that would suit a team player who enjoys working in luxury establishments.

The salary on offer is £13000 - £15000 + excellent tips. Staff accommodation is available however it would be a benefit to have your own transport.

All meals on duty are provided and you will receive ongoing training and career development.
