I have a houseshare approximately 15 mins walk from the town centre in a quiet residential street. There are currently three other young professionals living there one of which only lives there four nights a week.

We completely renovated the property a year ago and it is still in very good condition as the housemates take very good care of it. There is plenty of parking in front of the house and because it is a bit further from the centre it is not permit parking.

The room is a large double which is fully furnished, however if you have any of your own that you want to bring we can take things out? The room is £325 pcm which includes all utilities as well as council tax, tv licence and wireless broadband.
