COMMIS CHEF - an ambitious and creative individual is required to complement our hard working kitchen brigade which focuses on maintaining high standards. Must be organized and efficient, willing to assist the chef in all areas and have a solid kitchen background.
BAR / WAITING PERSON - A friendly, enthusiastic, customer focused bar/waiting person who enjoys providing the best service possible

In return for your commitment and hard work we will offer you a generous salary plus live in accommodation, at a small charge, and a good fun and friendly working environment.
