Sous Chef required for this small, friendly, traditional Cotswold Coaching Inn.

Working closely with the Head Chef and his experienced team you will be using the freshest ingredients, many grown in the gardens and from local suppliers for the Seasonally-changing menu.

Working 5 days from 7 on split shifts you will be expected to work 48 hours a week.

This is a perfect opportunity for an experienced Chef de Partie or Junior Sous chef to make their next career move, establish a skill set second to none and to gain valuable experience in cooking with the freshest of produce.

Transport essential for this position though accomodation can be found on a short term basis for the right candidate.
