Our client is a traditional English country hotel near Cirencester with 20+ bedrooms. They are looking for a talented Sous Chef to join their kitchen team. This is a busy hotel so you must be able to cope under pressure and able to cater for functions up to 100 people. Previous experience from a similar background is essential. You must be hardworking, flexible to the needs of the business and able to deputise for Head Chef in his absence.

You will be working 5 days out of 7. This is a live out position. Salary of £21k plus tips.
