The Hotel is looking to recruit a Head Chef for the refurbished restaurant with the aim of gaining an AA Rosette. You will head up a team of 4 chefs and be fully conversant with stock takes, GPs, menu writing and health and hygiene.
Previous experience in a Rosette establishment is essencial
