Stretching, posture work, breathing techniques, meditations and lovely relaxations.
Thursday mornings 10.30 till 11.45 at Holy Apostles Church Hall, Charlton Kings.
Pay as you come, £5.50 per session.
Wear comfortable clothing and bring a mat and blanket.
