Learning Love is a unique method of experiential learning to help open ourselves to self love and therefore to others. Originally based on OSHO intimacy work, Krishnanda and Amana developed the Seminar work, founding the Learning Love Institute.

Bodhidhan brings his training from the Learning Love Institute together with his background in psychotherapy and 20 years of personal development practice, including Tantra to offer a weekend of Learning Love! He is the only Therapist in the UK to be running Learning Love Workshops...

In this workshop Bodhidhan will be offering the opportunity to look into:

Protection and Vulnerability
Dependence and anti-dependence
Needs for Security and Freedom and how our wounds of abandonment and invasion prevent us from allowing our relationships to breathe.
We will also be looking at how to set healthy, self respecting boundaries on how to say no, so when we really want to say yes we are able to do so...

Bodhidhan's style is light-hearted, energetic and with humour whilst still allowing deep investigation.
