We are currently wanting to recruit a Chef De Partie/ Pastry Chef to join our enthusiastic kitchen team who have earnt themselves 1 rosette. Our ideal candidate must previous experience in a busy kitchen and be able to work unsupervised and under pressure, fluent in English, and be enthusiastic about your job. There is also opportunity to have input on the menu and to learn about food costs and aspects of the business.

We are also looking for floor staff who have experience doing all general duties of a hotel from bar, waiting, reception and housekeeping. Someone who is a people person and also can work under pressure and work fast and accurate. There will also be daily cleaning duties and have a good team spirit and wants to work together with us in always making the business better and providing good service. There are several positions so couples are welcome
