I teach Yoga Rhythm for aged 7+, Yoga Rhythm is a dynamic style of yoga combining asanas (postures), the breath and meditation, choreographed to music.
The routines are for everyone, the beginner to the advanced. Routines are energizing, fun and challenging. Classes awaken the body and still the mind.
A typical class consists of Warm ups, learning a routine, balance and ending with a visualization journey.
