Commercial Account Handler
Salary: £20,000 - £25,000
Location: Gloucestershire


An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a traditional Commercial Brokerage as a senior member of the Account Handling team. Working alongside 2 directors, you will be responsible for servicing a commercial book of business, and take on additional office management duties in the absence of senior management.


Responsibilities


Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients
Manage any new business enquiries, as well as any mid-term adjustments and renewals
Deal with a wide range of commercial insurance queries for corporate clients
Deliver outstanding service to clients to ensure business retention levels are achieved / exceeded
Take on additional management duties within the office as and when required, and in the absence of senior management


Skills


Previous experience within the insurance industry
Detailed understanding of commercial insurance products
Proven relationship building skills within a commercial environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Relevant insurance qualifications would be beneficial
