Experienced Head Chef required for our Cheltenham branch of Que Pasa. We pride ourselves on the quality of the food we produce and we need a Head Chef to match. All dishes are produced in house and any candidate should have the skills to match. You will be responsible for all day to day management of the kitchen and staff along with dish planning, costing, stock control and HACCP development.

You should ideally be qualified to NVQ or City and Guilds level along with having all relevant Food Hygiene Certificates.
