Senior Chef de Rang. Our client, a 4 AA Red Star, Relais & Chateaux property in the Cotswolds is recruiting a Senior Chef de Rang.
Already working as a Chef de Rang you will be able to delight guests with exquisite and discrete service. You will have a real passion for food and delight in discussing the menu with guests. Training on wine is available to enhance your knowledge.
The Role
To manage a small team to ensure that every guest has an outstanding dining experience. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager.
Experience of 4AA Red Star hotels, 5* hotels or Relais & Chateaux is essential.
Salary £16,000 + Tips + Live in available.
