Recruitment agency is looking for a talented Assistant restaurant manager on behalf of this well known property.
You will support the manager in the running of the 2 restaurants, lead the team from the front and will overall be a hands on manager.
You will also deputise when required and deal with various suppliers and administrative duties.
Due to the seniority of the role and the responsabilities and level of standards provided by the hotel( and expected by clients!) only applicant from a red star/Fine Dining/Rosette( or equivalent) background will be shortlisted.

Salary around £24000 for the right candidate and assistance with relocation is possible( though live in will be charged)
