This Cheltenham Town Centre based restaurant is looking for a hands on Chef with an intimate knowledge of all kitchen practices; including menu planning, costings and stock control. The successful applicant will need to assume full control of the kitchen and will be doing the bulk of the cooking with support from a Commis/Junior Chef de Partie.
22k + Benefits
Maximum of a 45 hour week
Beginning of September start
A minimum of 1-2 years experience in a similar environment is imperitive and the the applicant will need to be comfortable in the relaxed but professional atmosphere.
