I have for sale my static caravan on a site just outside Worcester. It is nestled in a spacious holiday park that is part of a working farm (no-where near any noise or smells though!). The countryside surrounding it is truely wonderful and if you like your walking (dogs allowed on the site and vans as long as kept on lead until outside the grounds) this is the place for you. You will be pleased to read there are no rivers nearby so no floding risk!

I have been using it as a weekday retreat whilst I worked in Worcester and it has served me wonderfully. I have had piped gas fitted (no silly gas bottles) a digital aerial installed so I can receive Freeview and had the van professionally cleaned from top to bottom. There is mains drainage and electricity.

The van has 4 years left of its life so for the price you will get an excellent return. Site fees are roughly £1500 a year and this is paid every January. THE SITE FEES FOR THIS YEAR ARE ALREADY PAID AND INCLUDed IN PRICE. The park is closed for one month, January, every year to fulfill the terms of its licence and the caravan cannot be used as a perm home.

It measures 30ft x 10ft" so is a good size and is situated on a corner plot that allows for more garden surrounding it.
