Job Description

As General Manager, full profit and loss responsibility for the site will be yours. You will be charged with the successful growth of the business and ensure that this is achieved, without compromising the standards set by the brand. You will be a hands-on leader, demonstrating to your team the levels of service that you expect. You will remain in close control over the business but encourage staff to achieve their full potential.

Required Experience

Previous experience as a General Manager is essential. You will need to demonstrate a high level of managerial skill and the keen eye for detail to ensure that customers return for more.

Salary and Benefits Salary for the role is up to 25,000 and includes a good level of extra benefits and bonuses.
