The White Horse Inn in Compton Bassett Wiltshire is looking for a Sous Chef, reporting to the owner-Chef.

We need a passionate, reliable, qualified and experienced chef who can work to high standards of culinary expertise and has a strong emphasis on hygiene.

You will take responsibility for the kitchen and have assistant chefs / KP’s helping you. All of our meals are made on the premises with fresh meat, fish and game. We work hard to meet our customer’s wishes for tailored food. You will have the opportunity to develop your own dishes and introduce your own ideas.

Accommodation is available if required. Two days off a week
