Business Improvement Techniques Assessor

I am working with a Post-Compulsory Education establishment looking to grow their team of NVQ assessors in Business Improvement Techniques (BIT).

A suitable candidate will:

•hold and NVQ Assessor Award (A1 or D32/33) – not essential
•be qualified and experienced in Business Improvement Techniques and be familiar with Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement / Kaizen concepts
•have extensive experience in the Manufacturing industry

Package Details:

The successful candidate can expect

-Salary: £22149 to £28623 (dependent on qualifications & experience)
-Training Provided: Assessor Training (A1 Award) if required
-Pension: Final Salary, substantial employer contribution
-Holidays: c 30 days annual leave plus Christmas efficiency and Bank Holidays
-Hours: 37 hours per week
