Once in a life time opportunity has presented itself in a village hotel / Pub near Tetbury.
Our client is looking to recruit a dynamic, modern and contemporary Assistant Restaurant Manager for a good quality gastro restaurant and hotel. The right candidate will be innovative, have flair, passion and a clear drive for success.
You must have good man management skills, Experience within the industry is beneficial and a BIIBAB personal licence, although not essential, is preferrable..
Main duties would include:
- Supplier liason
- Stock Control
- Rota Management
- Budgets and Forcasts
The successful candidate will:
- Have the ability to work with both front of house and back office
- Work as a team player but have the skills to work un-supervised
- Be consistent in ad hearing to company culture
