Chef de Partie. Gateway Personnel are recruiting a Chef de Partie for our client's Gastro Pub in Gloucestershire. This is a busy and profitable Gastro pub which is recruiting a Chef de Partie to complete their kitchen brigade.

Job Description

The Chef de Partie will report to the Sous Chef and be responsible for their own section. The food is all fresh and we are looking for someone with a passion for food who wants to increase their skills and contribute to the efficient running of the kitchen.

Experience

You will already be a Chef de Partie or Demi Chef who is ready for the next step in their career. You will have NVQ Level 2 in Professional Cookery or equivalent. Experience of working with all fresh food and able to work well in a busy environment is essential.
