Luxury multi award winning country house hotel in Gloucestershire requires an experienced Corporate Events Coordinator.
My client is one of the UKs most accoladed properties that offers a 5 star service to all guests. Due to their ongoing success they are now recruiting for a hotel experienced events coordinator to manage the administrative and operational side to the events department.
The Role:
• Prompt response to all queries
• Working with the client to plan the event to mirror the clients requirements
• Administration – quotes, billing, staffing levels, reports
• Reservations for rooms/ restaurant/ spa for the client and corporate guests
• Planning the event from initial meeting to completion
• Working with internal departments to ensure that the event runs smoothly and the client is provided 5 star service.
This is a busy and varied role that would suit an events coordinator able to work well under pressure. My client is looking for a candidate who has gained at least 1-2 years hotel events experience. The successful events coordinator will have exceptional communication skills and be a self-motivator able to work to tight deadlines.
The salary on offer is £18000 - £20000 and benefits include all meals while on duty, free use of the gym and a generous holiday allowance.
