This busy traditional country pub near Stroud with 5+ bedrooms is looking for a talented Junior Sous Chef with previous experience.

The ideal chef will have:

Have NVQ Level 1,2 & 3 or similar
Be prepared to uphold and maintain the high standards set by the owners
Look after the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence
Help to prepare and cost menus

This position comes with a good salary of £18-20 k per annum. Own transport required as no live in accommodation is available.
