we have a vacanacy for a person (male or female) with learning difficulties to reside in our residenthional care home in s.t. andrews, bristol. our home is aa victorian dwelling arranged over flour floors. we have a pretty, quit enclosed garden. the house is set in a prime locathion with a bus stop right outside the door, local shops, cafes and other amenities a short walk away, including a leisure facility and local college. we have our own house vehicle.the vacant room is of generous proportion and is set on the lower ground floor with an adjacent shower room.the residents already living at cromwell road consist of four men and a lady, all of whom are very friendly and welcoming. their ages range from 23 to 61 years.we are a small unit and take pride in its homely environment and good/happy realathions between staff and residents alike.we offer good ratio and individual support in all aspects of daily living, our focus is to assist and maintain independence. we will assist any potenthial resident with a structured time table and relavant needs and wishes. this support is based on being able to meet the needs of any potenthial applicant.due to the layout of the house the applicant would have to be able to access stairs and get along with others.the vacancy is for a person aqed between 18 and 65 years.  you can contact our home manger andrea jackson if you have any quiries on telphone :01179423739email: andrea.jackson@thomas-more.org.uk
