Ashchurch Little Chef are looking for Team Leaders to form part of our new management team!

We need Team Leaders in Ashchurch, nr Tewkesbury to add to our management team, who can support the achievement of company objectives.

The Job - based in Ashchurch, nr Tewkesbury

The ideal Team Leader will be able to:

To effectively organise and control front of house activities, acting as a key team member, delivering the highest standards of hospitality and customer care.

· To supervise front of house activities, ensuring that the highest levels of customer service are delivered

· To demonstrate active selling skills, leading by example

· To apply and adhere to legislation, company standards and procedures

· Follow cash handling and security procedures at all times

· As a Duty Manager, to perform and take responsibility for the shift operation

The Person

The ideal Team Leader / Duty Manager will preferably have some previous experience in a catering position, but your interpersonal and communication skills are more important, as is your enthusiasm and dedication to delivering excellent customer service. This is an ideal opportunity to take the first step of the management ladder and to display your ability to lead a team.
