Operations Manager Gloucestershire
On behalf of this care provider we are currently seeking an Operations Manager to be based within Gloucestershire.
As Operations Manager your role will be to manage a portfolio of homes within your area ensuring standards are measured and maintained. You will work closely with the nurse manager of each home making sure care plans are up-to-date and hold the correct audit trails. You will also be required to provide actions plans to ensure all homes are making improvements as outlined within CQC reports & standards to ensure it's residents receive the best possible care.
The ideal candidate will be RGN qualified and will ideally come from a home management or area management background. Due to the nature of this position it is essential that you drive and have access to a vehicle.
A salary in the region of £38,000 - £40,000 is on offer to the successful candidate.
