Customer Service Agents Required
THIS POSITION IS BASED IN WARNDON
To effectively achieve the two core responsibilities of the Contact Centre:
• To provide ‘World Class’ Customer Service.
• To capture, maintain and ensure the quality of customer data.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS:
This description is not intended to be a comprehensive list and is subject to change in accordance with the requirements of the business.
To provide ‘World Class’ customer service at all times and particularly whilst doing the following:
• Capturing, maintaining and ensuring the quality of customer data.
• Handling all relevant customer interactions.
• Advising customers on the best services available.
• Booking appointments and generally responding to customer requirements.
• Resolving customer queries and complaints.
• Providing technical advice.
• Ordering literature.
• Making outbound calls.
• Contributing to the overall performance of the team.
• Achieving and maintaining both individual and departmental targets.
Skills:
The candidate must be IT literate, with good numeric and written skills.
Attributes:
The candidate will be customer orientated, reliable, dedicated and self motivated with the ability to cope under adverse conditions in order to achieve collective and individual targets.
Qualifications:
GCSE (or equivalent) Maths and English, grade C and above.
This position includes an alternating shift pattern, working weekends & bank holidays on a rotational basis.
