A Community Rehab Occupational Therapist is urgently required for a full time 3 month contract in a South West England Community Hospital.

This immediately available role is paying £23 to £25 per hour and requires a B6 locum with previous experience of working in a community setting . Responsibilities of the occupational therapist will include:

- Undertaking assessments/treatment and discharge planning

You must have access to transport and accommodation can be arranged.
