Our client is looking for a committed Chef de Partie to work in their small country hotel in the Cotswolds.

NVQ or City & Guilds are a prerequisite, please do not apply if you do not have these, unless you can provide 5 years of trade references in their absence.

The successful candidate will work 5 days out of 7 circa 48 hours with a varied number of split and straight shifts.

Those that pass the initial vetting process carried out by myself will then be submitted to a working trial over lunch and then go into an interview with the Head Chef.

Salary is dependent on experience, tips are paid out monthly on top of your salary, and accommodation is available if required for a cost of £173pcm.
