We have a rare opportunity for a Home Manager at this Gloucestershire based nursing home.

My client is looking for candidates that have previous home management experience within an elderly care environment who are either looking to progress into a larger organisation or embark on a new challenge. Candidates must be registered nurses with an understanding of care service and delivery within a nursing home setting. Ideally you will hold the RMA or NVQ4.
The successful applicant will be affable with great communication skills and also have strong managerial & leadership experience.
In return, this role offering a salary in the region of £35,000 - £40,000 depending upon experience.
