Chef de Rangs required for multi award winning country house hotel.

My client is a very busy and well established country house hotel located close to a vibrant town in Gloucestershire. Due to its continued success they are now looking to recruit 2 chef de rangs to work in the fine dining restaurant and the brasserie.

The chef de rangs I am looking for will have a 1-3 rosette background and enjoy working in a luxury environment. You may be a couple or friends looking to work together or individuals looking for career opportunities and progression.

Salary £14000 - £16000 + tips

Accommodation can be provided at £40-£70 per week including all meals and staff benefits.
