Recruitment agency is looking for a sommelier to join this luxurious hotel and to work in its 2 restaurants.
You will have experience in the role and ideally at a 4/5* level or red star and in fine dining restaurants.Due to the standards of the hotel, only candidate with the relevant experience and with some strong wine knowledge will be considered for the role.
Salary will be around £20000 and live in can be available at extra cost.
Means of transport is a great advantage.
