Sous Chef £15,000 per yr accommodation avail, MALMESBURY, WILTSHIRE


Hours of work are 37.5 HOURS PER WEEK, 5 DAYS OVER 7, 11AM-3PM - 6PM-11.30PM Days , Evenings , Weekends, You may be required to work longer hrs as necessary.


The ideal Sous Chef must have previous experience in a restaurant or commercial kitchen environment.

The ability to cook Mediterranean foods is highly desirable.
You must be friendly, efficient, able to work as part of a team and be able to display the highest standards of customer service at all times.

Your duties include working closely along side the Head Chef ensuring that the kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently and you will be expected to cover the role of Head Chef in their absence.

Accommodation can be provided for a short period due to start at the beginning of Nov 09.
