My client is one of the top 5 UK Building Societies and is looking for dynamic and sales driven people from the retail banking sector to join its expanding team.
You must have a minimum of 2 years retail banking experience with a strong sales track record and experience of leading and motivating branch staff.
Duties:

- Be able to manage the Branch in the Manager's absence
- Make effective business decisions
- Be able to lead a team successfully and drive sales figures forwards
- Be able to motivate, incentivise and coach team members to achieve targets on an individual and team basis
- Analyse reports
- Assist the Branch Manager in communicating ideas effectively and ensure the smooth running of the branch All candidates must have a clean credit history
