An excellent international school in Cracow, Poland is currently seeking a new Head of Primary, to start working at the school from September 2008. As well as teaching, the successful candidate will have responsibility for some day to day running of the Primary section of the school, overall supervision of aspects of the Primary school and a clear line of responsibility for the Primary teaching staff in terms of planning, cover and pastoral care.
 
The successful candidate will be expected to teach the National Curriculum, taking into account the varied needs of international pupils, in particular with regard to levels of English.
 
The successful candidate will display the following qualities:

- Good classroom organisation and management
- Firm but fair discipline
- Vivid wall displays
- Clearly set routines
- The ability to work well in a team
