Position: Deputy General Manager
Salary: £25,000

My client requires a Deputy General Manager who will report to the General Manager and Operations Manager. Your responsibility will be for the standards and profitability of the entire hotel guest journey from check in to check out.
You will be a strong people manager, be persuasive, motivational and will show how you have developed people and standards throughout your career. You should have a background within the hotel industry with impeccable attention to detail and exemplary standards of customer care.
This position offers excellent chances of advancement within a small privately owned collection of hospitality businesses.
This hotels has 45 double bedrooms, a 100 cover restaurant, 2 meeting rooms which can accommodate 20 delegates each, a reception room which can accommodate 80 for a civil ceremony and 50 for a seated function or as restaurant overflow in addition to a fully self contained marquee facility that can accommodate 200 for a seated function and 300 for a cocktail buffet. The recently refurbished and soon to be re-launched restaurant has a capacity of 80 diners in restaurant format and 100 for a formal event.
