Role Financial Advisor
Location Gloucestershire
Salary £21,000 - £40,500 (Dependant on experience and ability)
(Greater financial rewards for truly dedicated advisors)
Skills: FPC 3 Qualified, CeFA 4
1 year minimum financial advisor experience
Excellent credit history
Competent Adviser Status
(IFA, PFA)

Based in the branch, in a front line customer facing sales role in which you’ll achieve and exceed targets by appropriate, understandable advice and building lifetime relationship.

ROLE SUMMARY:
• Delivering quality sales and productivity targets within branch outlets.
• Delivering seamless and efficient service through effective diary management, consequently minimising “no shows”
• Ensure a high standards of customer service with all sales activity geared to established long term customer relationships
• Pro – actively seeking personal recommendations and opportunities to self generate business
• Ensure branch colleagues are clear about overall and individual contribution to lead generation and quality sales.
• Ensure all administration and documentation meets company standards


ESSENTIALS SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS
• Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Effective planning and organising skills
• Minimum of 1 year selling as a Financial Advisor
• Must have a excellent credit check
• Fully Qualified FPC123 or CeFA 123
