Chef de Parties required for the re opening of a Gastro pub situated in the lovely village of Moreton in Marsh in the Cotswolds. Having recently under gone a £300,000 refurbishment, this gastro pub is part of a highly successful group of similar food led operations. The menu is written using the best seasonal local produce available and will have a regular changing specials board. Successful Chef de Parties will come from a fresh food background with volume experience of cooking for up to 120 covers per service, this will be a hands-on position in a fast paced environment and will require a strong chef who can work under pressure on all sections of the kitchen.
As Chef de Partie you would be in charge of a section of the kitchen and would be required to rotate around the kitchen working on all sections, working under the guidance of the Head Chef. The ideal Chef de Partie for this role would be a proven Chef de Partie looking for their next opportunity or a stable Demi Chef looking for progression.
Full on the job training will be given to ensure further development and training needs are met, this is an excellent opportunity to advance your. Live in accommodation is available on either a short or long term basis
