Managing front of house
Managing the kitchen team and all costs to set budgets

Required Experience

You will ideally have experience within either a Farm shop, delicatessen, organic or specialist cafe
A minimum of 3 years senior management experience
Proven track record of sales growth
A people person
Excellent communicator
Approachable
Innovative, creative and inspired
Passionate about food and good service


The starting salary for this role is £28,000 to £30,000 dependant on experience. Bonuses can be achieved annually which are performance based.
