Head chef required for busy cotswold hotel
Head Chef Required for busy Cotswold hotel. We hold weddings most weekends, conferences and other functions.
We have 32 bedrooms in the hotel of which most of the residents eat in our restaurant every night along with the general public.
We are currently looking for an experienced head chef that can take control of the kitchen and handle pressure under busy times. Guide other chefs in day to day demands of the kitchen, catering for up to 80 cover weddings and preparing buffets for conferences. You must be a team worker.
Greene king experience very helpfull.
Working hours 40 – 50 per week. Pay dependant on experience and age

You will be required to work different shift patterns including.
Breakfast shifts
mid morning to afternoon
evening and weekends.
Requirements
Basic Food / Hygiene Certificate
Good communication skills
Have the ability to work on own initiative
Have some good all round experience
Have the ability to work under pressure
Have stock control experience
Have experience with ordering
Controlling wastages and maintaining a good food GP
