Recruitment agency is looking for a PASTRY CHEF to join this awarded hotel based in the countryside.
You will be in charge of teh pastry section and will oversee the junior chefs and create your own desserts on the premises.
Due to the quality of the food and the seniority of the role, experience in pastry at a senior level is required and so with a background in good properties, either restaurants or hotels, it doesnt matter as long as you have been cooking with fresh products.
Knowledge of BAKERY will be a great advantage.
THis is a full time role and you will have to work evenings, week ends and Bank Holidays on a rota basis.
Live in could be provided for relocation purposes and means of transport is very much a plus!
Salary for the right applicant will go up to £25000
